We respectfully request that all clients needing to do so, provide at a minimum 24 hours’ notice prior to canceling, or rescheduling appointments. Appointment changes made after 24 hours will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. After the 3rd occurrence, clients will be charged for the missed appointment.
If you are feeling at all unwell, please reach out to your service provider prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may provide assistance.
While we fully understand that time and unforeseen occurrences befall us all, it is imperative that we start, and end appointments on time. As such, appointments will end at the designated time for all late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment time, may be asked to reschedule for a later date.
Clients who fail to notify us that they are unable to make their appointments, are considered no shows. No shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
